An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Ricobet applies a withdrawal-to-deposit method matching policy. Funds deposited via a specific payment method (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet) must first be withdrawn back to the same method up to the amount deposited. Winnings exceeding the deposit amount may be withdrawn to any eligible method.
Ricobet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider or bank may impose their own fees independently, which are outside Ricobet's control. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to applicable blockchain network fees.
All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. Ricobet reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into an Account. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, bets affected by the malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. Ricobet is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures that are beyond our reasonable control.
